As an elvex Owner, you're responsible for everything that happens in your company's workspace — but agents and datasources set to Private don't appear in your normal browsing lists. If an employee creates a private agent and then leaves the company, or if you need to audit what resources exist across your organization, there's no way to find them through search or the left rail.
The All Resources page solves this problem. It's an Owner-only admin view that lists every resource in your company — including private ones — in a single place.
You might need the All Resources page when:
An employee who created private agents or datasources leaves the company, and you need to find and manage what they built
You're auditing your company's elvex usage and need a complete inventory of all agents and datasources
A teammate tells you a resource exists but you can't find it in search because it's private and not shared with you
You need to clean up unused or duplicate resources across your organization

Before you begin
You must have the Owner role for your company. Admins, Creators, and Members cannot access this page.

Accessing the All Resources page
Navigate to Admin Settings to access your company's administration area.
Select All Resources to open the complete resource inventory for your company.
Browse or search the list to find any agent or datasource, regardless of its visibility setting.
What the All Resources page shows
The All Resources page displays every resource in your company, including:
Public agents and datasources
Private agents and datasources, even ones that haven't been shared with you
This is the only place in elvex where Owners automatically see private resources they weren't explicitly granted access to.
What the All Resources page doesn't show
A few resource types are never included in the All Resources page, even for Owners:
Home agents — each user's personal, default agent
Personal spaces — resources inside a user's private space
Artifacts — files and content generated within conversations
These remain private to the individual user.
Common questions
I'm an Owner and I searched for an agent I know exists, but it didn't appear. Is something broken?
Probably not. Universal search only shows you public resources and resources shared with you — the same as any other role. Use the All Resources page to find private resources.
Can Admins see the All Resources page?
No. The All Resources page is only available to users with the Owner role. Admins can view and manage resources that are public or shared with them, but they do not have a company-wide view of private resources.
Does viewing a private resource on the All Resources page grant me access to use or edit it?
Owners can view all company resources from this page. Your ability to edit or manage a specific resource still follows the permissions described in Roles and permissions.
Why can I see a private agent in one place but not another?
Some older screens in elvex use a legacy list that still shows Owners all agents by default, while newer lists (left rail, search, resource browsing) intentionally hide private resources. The All Resources page is the consistent, supported place to see everything. If you notice an inconsistency, treat the All Resources page as the source of truth.
