How to Find Agents and Resources You've Created

Learn how to use the Mine filter in the Resources tab to quickly find the agents, datasources, and spaces you've created.

After you've created a few agents in elvex, keeping track of them can get difficult — especially when your company's Resources tab is filled with agents, datasources, and spaces created by your teammates. If you've ever thought "I know I built an agent for this, but I can't remember what I called it," the ownership filters in the Resources tab are the answer.

You might need to find your own resources when:

  • You created an agent weeks or months ago and can't remember its name

  • Your company's Resources tab is crowded with shared and public resources, and you want to see only what you built

  • You want to review, update, share, or delete an agent you created

  • You're cleaning up old resources you no longer use

This guide will show you how to filter the Resources tab to show only the agents, datasources, and spaces you've created.

Before you begin

View resources you've created

  1. Click Resources in the left sidebar to open your resource library.

  2. Select the resource type you want to browse — Agents, Datasources, or Spaces — to narrow the list by type.

  3. Click Mine to filter the list to only resources you created.

  4. Optionally, use the search bar to find a specific resource by name, or the space dropdown to narrow results to a single space.

Understanding the ownership filters

The Resources tab offers three ownership filters:

  • Mine — resources you created. This is the fastest way to find your own agents, datasources, and spaces.

  • Shared — resources that teammates or groups have shared with you directly.

  • Public — resources available to everyone in your company.

Other ways to find resources

The magnifying glass in the sidebar lets you search across everything in elvex — including agents, datasources, threads, and artifacts. Universal Search shows you public resources and resources shared with you, which includes everything you've created.
