What is this error?
If you see the message "An error occurred while fetching your profile" when trying to access elvex, your session has likely expired or become invalid. This can happen after periods of inactivity or when navigating to elvex from a saved bookmark or link.
You may also see a secondary error in the corner of the screen that reads: "Unknown or invalid refresh token."
This issue is typically resolved in a few seconds without any action. However, if the error persists, you can fix it by logging out and back in.
How to fix it
Look for the circular elvex logo button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Click it to open the menu.
Click Log Out.
Navigate back to app.elvex.ai and log in again.
Your session will be refreshed and you should be able to access elvex normally.
