Reconnecting a Datasource Integration

If you're experiencing issues with your datasource connection to Google Drive, OneDrive, Coda, SharePoint, or other cloud storage integrations, you can reconnect the integration to resolve authentication problems.

When to Reconnect

Reconnect your datasource if you're experiencing:

  • Files not syncing from your cloud storage

  • Authentication errors when accessing datasource files

  • "Connection expired" or similar error messages

  • Files showing as unavailable in your datasource

How to Reconnect Your Datasource

Step 1: Navigate to the datasource that's experiencing connection issues

Step 2: Click Add files to open the file browser

Step 3: Select the integration you need to reconnect (Google Drive, OneDrive, Coda, SharePoint, etc.)

Step 4: Look for the Configuration button in the top right corner of the file browser

Step 5: Click the Configuration button

Step 6: Follow the OAuth connection flow to re-authenticate your account

This will prompt you to log in to your cloud storage provider and grant elvex the necessary permissions to access your files.

After Reconnecting

Once you've completed the OAuth flow, your datasource connection should be restored. Your files should now sync properly and be accessible to your agents.

If you continue to experience issues after reconnecting, please contact elvex support.
