Understanding Company Settings

As an elvex admin, this guide explains the key concepts behind elvex's company-wide configuration options and how they impact your users and agents.

Company settings are where administrators configure the foundation of their organization's elvex environment. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar to access these options.

Company

Manage your organization's brand and identity within elvex.

  • Logo Upload your company logo to display across the elvex interface. Maximum file size: 500 MB. Recommended upload size: at least 2x the display dimensions (38px x 140px).

Company Context

Company context is a plain-language document that flows into every user's conversations automatically. Use it to share organizational knowledge that every interaction should be grounded in: your company's mission, products, terminology, processes, tool conventions, and any behavioral standards you want applied across the whole organization. Set it once and it works in the background for every user, every conversation.

Agents

Configure the default AI behavior for agents across your organization.

  • Default model Set the default AI provider and model used for the elvex Home Agent and as the fallback for all new custom agents created in your org. Users can still choose a different model for specific agents.

  • Audio Configure audio and voice settings for agent interactions.

  • Image generation Connect an OpenAI or Google Gemini API license to enable image generation in the Home Agent and any custom agent. Select your preferred image generation provider here.

AI Providers

Connect your organization's AI provider accounts to elvex. This is where you add and manage API credentials for providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, and others. The models available to your users are determined by the providers you connect here.

Tags

Centrally create and manage the tags available across your organization. Tags help users organize and discover agents and datasources. Only admins can create or delete tags; users can apply them when creating or editing resources.

API Keys

Generate API keys to connect elvex agents to external tools and services. Use these keys to authenticate elvex with third-party systems that want to call elvex agents programmatically.

Team

Manage who has access to your elvex workspace. Invite new members, assign roles, manage user groups, and control access levels across your organization.

Integrations

Global integration management for your organization. This is where you add new integrations, including custom APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and manage company-wide integration credentials. Integrations enabled here become available for users to connect to their agents.

SAML

Connect your organization's identity provider (IdP) via SAML for single sign-on (SSO). Configure SAML settings here to enable your users to authenticate into elvex using your existing identity infrastructure.

Logs

View audit logs of activity across your elvex workspace. Use logs to track user actions, agent usage, and administrative changes for compliance and security monitoring.

Analytics

View usage analytics across your organization: active users, request volumes, agent adoption, and more. Use this to understand how elvex is being used and identify opportunities to drive broader adoption.
