When you encounter issues with a specific conversation or need elvex Support to review how your assistant responded in a particular interaction, sharing the conversation gives support direct access to see exactly what happened.
When to Share a Conversation with Support
Share a conversation with elvex Support when:
Your assistant gave an incorrect or unexpected response
You're experiencing errors within a specific conversation
You need help understanding why your assistant behaved a certain way
You want support to review a conversation as part of troubleshooting
You're reporting a bug that occurred during a specific interaction
Step 1: Open and Share the Conversation
Click on the conversation you want to share from your recent conversations list. You'll see a share icon in the top-right corner of the conversation.
Click the share icon to open the Share conversation dialog. This will show options for sharing the conversation with others in your company.
Step 2: Add elvex Support
In the Conversation Users section, click the search field that says "Search for a user to add..."
Type "[email protected]" to find the support team
Select Support from the dropdown that appears
The support user will be added with Viewer role by default
Click Save to confirm sharing the conversation
Step 3: Confirm Selections and Save
Confirm the selected options within the Share conversation modal, then click Save.
Step 4: Contact Support
After sharing your conversation:
Email elvex Support at [email protected]
Include in your email:
Conversation link: Copy the share link from the dialog if needed
Issue description: Clear description of what went wrong in the conversation
Specific messages: Point out which assistant responses were problematic
Expected behavior: What you expected the assistant to do instead
Assistant name: Which assistant was involved in the conversation
Your contact information: So support can follow up with questions
