When you need help troubleshooting an assistant or want elvex Support to investigate an issue, sharing your assistant with the support team allows them to access your configuration and provide more effective assistance.
When to Share an Assistant with Support
Share your assistant with elvex Support when:
Your assistant isn't responding as expected
You're experiencing errors or unexpected behavior
You need help optimizing your assistant's performance
You want guidance on improving your assistant's instructions or configuration
You're reporting a bug that involves a specific assistant
Step 1: Open Your Assistant
Go to your assistants dashboard and click on the assistant you want to share with support. At the top left, click on "See the full configuration."
Step 2: Access Security & Permissions
Scroll down in your assistant settings and click to expand the Security & Permissions section.
Step 3: Add elvex Support
Next to the "Assistant Users" field, click on the little 3 dots to expand the dropdown menu
Click on the Share with elvex Support option that appears
Step 4: Set Permissions and Save
The support user will be added to your assistant with Editor role by default
Click Save & Publish to confirm the sharing
Step 5: Contact Support
After sharing your assistant:
Email elvex Support at [email protected]
Include in your email:
Assistant name: The exact name of the assistant you shared
Issue description: Clear description of the problem you're experiencing
Steps to reproduce: Detailed steps to recreate the issue
Expected vs. actual behavior: What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
Screenshots or examples: Any relevant screenshots or conversation examples
Your contact information: So support can follow up with questions
